PARKER VELCON Large-Scale Filter Vessels for Marine and Aviation Fuel Filtration
Parker Velcon also offers a specialized range of filter vessels, including pressure vessels made of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, designed for filtration, water separation and the treatment of aviation, marine and industrial fuels in general.
The design complies with ASME Section VIII, 150 psi, the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Parker Velcon also designs other pressure solutions on request, with vertical or horizontal orientation according to the installation site requirements.
HOUSINGS
Small and medium-sized Parker Velcon housings are multi-configurable vertical housings for point-of-use applications designed for fuel dispensing.
For low-flow applications, these housings can also be used as micron prefilters for separating water from fuel.

VEL-MAX VX SERIES

The compact Vel-Max filter vessel is suitable for flow rates of up to 204 USGPM with micron filter cartridges, up to 198 USGPM as a filter/separator, and up to 150 USGPM with CDF® monitor cartridges.
Vel-Max® can be used on mobile refuelling equipment, refuelling cabinets and fixed refuelling systems.

MICRON PREFILTERS
Parker Velcon micron prefilters are designed to remove solid particulate contaminants from aviation fuels, diesel, industrial fluids and insulating oils used in electrical utilities. Various media, ranging from cellulose paper to high-efficiency synthetic materials, are available in a wide range of micron ratings to ensure compatibility with the specific application.

FILTER MONITORS
Parker Velcon monitors remove aqueous contaminants from fuel. The super-absorbent polymer SAP absorbs and chemically locks in water to prevent contamination of downstream fuel systems.
Water-absorbing products include the CDF, ACO, AC and AD series for aviation fuels, industrial fluids and oils.
